I think this was my most successful photograph from this challenge because it is a good example of aesthetically evaluative photography. The flowers unique shape and vibrant colors make it beautiful and visually appealing. The tiny water droplets on the flower creates a delicate beauty that has many aesthetic qualities. The most challenging aspect of this assignment was trying to figure out what category an image represents the most because multiple photos can be but into more than one category. In future assignments I will focus on my photos and ask myself how can I make this object more interesting?

I really like your aesthetically evaluative photograph as well and I think it represents this category because the sunset is definitely beautiful. The contrasting colors of the orange clouds and the blue sky make it very visually appealing. In addition, the dramatic lighting in the photo makes it worthy of aesthetic observation and also evokes feelings of peace which is really nice.

This shot really grabbed my attention! I like how the background leaves frame the hibiscus without distracting from it. The focus is really clean, especially on the center and petals. You did a great job making the details stand out while still keeping it simple and natural.

I really like this photo and how you were able to not just capture a high quality photograph of a vibrant colored flower, but to also capture the water droplets, which definitely added a nice touch to the overall photo.

I like the photos you found, especially the aesthetically evaluative one. The color of the flower makes the photo stand out, and was the first one my eyes were drawn to. I also really like the interpretive photo. I actually looked at it for a few minutes to comprehend what I was seeing, and tried to imagine reasons for the photo and what they mean. I think all photos found and taken represent the category they’re part of accurately.
